This studio apartment can now sleep four in two double beds separated by sliding doors and curtains and so is suitable for two couples, or a couple with two children. The apartment is quite spacious for a studio and is comfortably furnished with corner sofa and reclining chair.

The apartment is rented as self catering and will be cleaned prior to guests arrival, linen and towels are included in the price and will be changed once a week. It is possible to have more changes but there will be a charge for this.

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion. We do not increase our prices during kids school holidays. All bookings are subject to a £10-00 (15-00 euros) key deposit. Deposit will be returned by cheque after we receive the keys.

The standard price shown is for one weeks rental based on two people sharing, following weeks can be had for £175-00.
An extra charge of £15-00 per person per week will be made for more than two people sharing up to a maximum of four. This is to cover extra linen supply and clean.
Infants under one year go free.
We also offer repeat bookings at £175-00, including the first week provided they are taken within thirteen months of the last booking and are booked in the same name.
Christmas & New Year rent out at £290-00 P.W. for two people
Preferred payment methods are:-
* Cheque.
* Bankers order.
* Pay pal +2% (for those ebayers out there)
* Credit card +2% via Pay pal.
